Private Wellness is a retreat that meets every goal with personalized attention . At Moon Pilates , each studio is much more than a place to train: it's a universe of its own where architecture , light , and movement come together to create inspiring experiences.
In 2023 , Moon was born as the shared dream of three friends seeking to create a different space: a place where conscious movement could be experienced with warmth and community. Thus opened our first Moon house , in the heart of Polanco , just one block from Masaryk. With eight reformers and a smoothie bar that quickly became a meeting point, this studio preserves the homey spirit and vibrant energy of the community that has continued to grow since that first day.
