The Company, as responsible for the possession of the Owner's Personal Data, is obliged to comply with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility established by the Law and its Regulations. For this reason, based on articles 13, 14 and 15 of the Law, the Company undertakes to keep strict confidentiality of the Personal Data of the Holder, as well as to maintain the administrative, technical and physical security measures that allow them to be protected against any damage, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, use, disclosure or treatment. 


Notwithstanding the foregoing, your Personal Data and based on article 36 of the Law, may be transferred for the purposes established in this Privacy Notice to Moon Pilates, service providers, in order to comply with contractual obligations. , marketing and legal of the Company.  


How can you access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or oppose its use?

4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data. 


In case of requesting the rectification of Personal Data, additionally the Owner or his representative must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports his request. 


The Responsible will notify the Owner, within a maximum period of fifteen business days, counted from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition was received, the decision adopted, so that, if appropriate, it becomes effective. the same within the fifteen days following the date on which the response is communicated. However, said term may be extended only once for an equal period, when justified by the circumstances of the case. 


Revocation of consent for the use of personal data:


You can revoke the consent that, where appropriate, you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important that you take into account that not in all cases we will be able to attend to your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we need to continue processing your personal data.
