Contemporary Pilates Reformer

Moon Pilates is a Pilates Reformer studio located in the Polanco neighborhood of Mexico City. Our studio classes focus on breathing control and conscious movement with a modern twist to the traditional Pilates methodology. We invite everyone, regardless of their age, gender, flexibility, and physical abilities, to explore their potential and discover a new dimension of well-being in a safe and inclusive environment.
